The Carrier AquaSnap PLUS air-to-water heat pumps with built in inverter technology are designed for residential applications and can be installed by Plumbers
. 
They offer excellent efficiencies and exceptionally quiet

They can be used as a stand alone system, with or without the hydronic unit fitted inside the same casing or can be connected to an indoor hydro module for a complete system solution. 

They use R410a refridgerant and have the latest inverter technology.
